1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to, accessing, or using the Digital Institution Management System (“System”), the institution (“Client”) agrees to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of the System constitutes full acceptance of all policies stated herein.
2. Service Description
The System is a cloud-based Institution Management System designed to manage academic, administrative, financial, and operational activities of schools and colleges. Services are provided strictly on a subscription basis.
3. Subscription Fee & Charges
The subscription fee for the System is PKR 1,500 (Rupees Fifteen Hundred Only) per month per institution, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Advance Monthly Payment Policy
All monthly charges must be paid in advance. Access to the System is granted only upon confirmation of payment for the respective billing month.
5. Payment Due Date
Monthly subscription fees must be paid on or before the 10th day of each month without fail.
6. Automatic System Lock
If payment is not received by the 10th of the month, the System shall be automatically locked without prior notice. During this period, access to data, dashboards, and features will be restricted until dues are cleared.
7. Account Deletion Due to Non-Payment
Failure to pay subscription fees for two (2) consecutive months will result in permanent deletion of the institution’s account, including all associated data. Data recovery after deletion is not guaranteed.
8. Data Responsibility & Backup
The Client is solely responsible for maintaining backups of their institutional data. The service provider shall not be liable for data loss due to account suspension, deletion, or technical issues beyond reasonable control.
9. Authorized Use Only
The System must be used only for lawful educational and administrative purposes. Any misuse, unauthorized access attempts, or sharing of login credentials may result in immediate suspension or termination.
10. Portal Access & Security
Access to the System is provided exclusively via portal.digitalinstitution.pk. The Client is responsible for maintaining confidentiality of usernames, passwords, and user roles assigned within their institution.
11. Modification of Services
The service provider reserves the right to upgrade, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the System at any time to improve performance, security, or functionality, with or without prior notice.
12. Fee Revision Rights
The service provider reserves the right to revise subscription charges in the future. Any changes in pricing will be communicated in advance and will apply prospectively.
13. Limitation of Liability
The service provider shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to academic loss, financial loss, or reputational harm arising from use or inability to use the System.
14. Termination of Service
The service provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend services immediately if the Client violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in unlawful activity, or harms the integrity of the System.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
